"These people are horrible

I just found out i do not have coverage as of yesterday. And was never told. I have been on this since last month in August, making sure renewal was good in September. the guy i deal with kept saying everything was fine and to look for the renewal on 9/23. I reached out to him on 9/15 to confirm. He said he was out until Monday 9/21. Reached out again on 9/23 morning cause I didn’t see the renewal and no response. Called again today and he tells me I’m not covered. It has been issues with state farm constantly. But they should be sued for their negligence. Completely unaccountable and irresponsible they do not care about customers.

Update: I would like to note that Jessica the office manager after finding out my ordeal, was very helpful in getting this resolved. She called me directly apologized and made sure my coverage was set up. I do feel she followed through as the office manager."
